About Us

Pioneer Estates is a residential community located off Luker Rd., in the City of Kuna, Idaho. The community is comprised of 147 single family homes. Originally established and platted as Sadie Creek, the community was renamed Pioneer Estates when the original developer sold the undeveloped home sites shortly after the first few homes were constructed. The development was first recorded in 2008 in what was an undeveloped portion of southwest Kuna.

 

Today Kuna is one of the fastest growing areas in metropolitan Boise and Ada County in both the residential and commercial sectors. Hundreds of acres of rich farmland have been transformed into beautiful new residential communities and have been quickly followed by the establishment of supporting businesses to provide services, supplies, and support to Kuna's growing population. Being a bedroom community to the greater Boise area, Kuna is an easy 8-mile commute north to Hwy I-84, the main Interstate that cuts through the State of Idaho.

 

The $900 million dollar Meta Data Center (Facebook's parent company) is well under construction in Kuna and leads the way in transforming farmland into state-of-the-art computer technology that is changing the world.
